B2 Passat 'headlamps' - same as 80's Sirocco???

B2 Passat 'headlamps' - same as 80's Sirocco???

Im wondering if the headlamps on the B2's and 'inner' lamps are the same as Sirocco ones??? They certainly look the same... can anyone say for certain, before I spend my money on them?????
