uploading photo's

now i don't consider myself as an absolute thicko, but this is really twisting my melon.... i can't seem to be able to follow anyone instructions to upload an image either to a post or to my profile... please help me out, i'd like to share pics of my car with you lot and i can't quite ''tap it in''. i've got as far as getting a photobucket account and uploading a photo onto it, then how the devil do you get it on here??? please help and don't just say '' go to tinypics and grab a bbcode and on you go'', because that makes as much sense as £"%$ QR%££$% %$£" $%"£ does. or ukpassat.co.uk sort it out so even the simplest of folk can add a pic of their car... one very fustrated GL5driver
