cambelt change

Hi there, bit of advise please...? i brought my GL5 estate about 3 years ago with the understanding that the belt had been done at around 85,000 miles. it's now on 145,000 when do you reckon i should get it changed. i'm guessing soon yeah? or have i got a few more laps left? thank you please
