B2 wagon SYCNRO SWAP

hi everyone,
i own a late modle passate B2 wagon

i have few questions about swap a turbo engine and make it 4wd (sycnro models ).

1. can i get the 2.0tfsi or 1.8T engine into it and fit right with this tranny currently in car? OR must be the 5cyl turbo?

2. do i must get the sycnro tranny from a B2 passat ? or i can modify this one on it to be able to go with 4wd,
or can i get it from other VW/AUDI cars>? for example: a B3-B4 4wd model? or audi 80qt? audi 4000 (rare)
3, do i must get the rear cross member and that rear end stuff from a B2 synco or i can use from other VW/AUDI cars? for example: B2-B5 4wd passate,audi 80/90/100 qt ( rare ) or other options?
4, what other hardwear do i need beside above?
