B2 heater on HOT or V HOT!!!

Hi guys

Looking for some help. My B2 heater in the car never blows cool air. On the cold setting it is hot, and on the hot setting it is even hotter. This is handy in the winter but can make the car a little uncomfortable to drive too far on a hot summers day.

Any ideas whats causing this? Everything else seems to work fine
