I have just posted up on the newbie board then just found this bit! Doh! Heres a couple of pics of my recently acquired B2 passat as its in too good a nick to let it go to the scrappy. Its an 1800 automatic with 125,000 on the clock. She drives well and the auto is in perfect working order, the bodywork has a little to be desired and has quite a few scabs which im going to sort. I was kinda thinking fixing all the rust then spraying the bottom half anthracite, as we all know faded silver is a proper pain. I am open to offers if anyone is looking for one of these but i am in no rush as i do like driving it to the local shows and meets. If i do happen to keep it then some proper way of lowering it is required as it has had the springs chopped by the previous owner and the stupidly big wheels rub. I think a set of G60 Golf wheels would look a treat with some subtle lowering.
