Sometimes I think I should have called it Cheebye but only when Im annoyed with it.
Ill start off with just a few basics.
Passat B5 Saloon Oct 97 Fjord Blue Metallic (LR5V) 1.9 TDI AFN Engine.
167000 miles when bought, now at time of writing this 180000 miles.
The car cost £480 virtually unseen at auction, got maybe 30 seconds to look and listen. Spent possibly £1000 since just putting it right, servicing and making it safe.
If Id known how good a design of car it was and how well made even after 14 years, and how much Id have to spend to sort it out Id have taken the trouble to find an estate instead of the saloon.
Heres mine soon after I got it, it hasnt changed much visually so far :
