Ok
The story so far.....Doobie bought 2 years ago for £300 with a full mot....
She is a gold 1990 b3 saloon 1.8 CL used for work mainly.
I planned to run her for a year but she went through last years mot with just an exhaust back box needed...so two years later i put her in again...
This time she needed a full set of tyres £104
A windscreen £105
the brake pipes replacing £22 for all 6 off fleabay
new rear discs £15 from local scrappy
and various other bits and pieces which when i priced them up it seemed to make sense to buy another car for spares enter Hevver a 93 2.0 gl bought for £125
Total £371 and i have all sorts of goodies to swap like leccy windows all round anti lock brakes and air con colour coded bumpers and a nice blue interior.
First tasks were to get her through the mot then the fun begins ......
