First time Passat-owner

Morning, bought my first Passat Estate (2015 2.0 Se BMT) just before lockdown2 started, as my 08 Focus developed a fault that couldn't be rectified at 190k miles.
Loving the car so far, a big upgrade in terms of tech, power and comfort (I feel like I finally have a grown up car at 33!)
I'm planning to hold onto this car for a decade or until a viable electric estate is a viable option (I need the boot space for surfing/climbing/carpentry). Two quick questions:
1. Are there any roof bar sets that come in under £100?
2. Is there an equivalent to a Haynes manual for cars of this age? I realise that the newer the car, the less manufacturers want you to play with them but I do like to do as much as I can.
