Passat 06 hard to change gear from 1st to 2nd only

Hi,
I have had my 06 passat 2.0l tdi manual from 50k miles and now has 116k on it.

Starting to get some difficulty changing from 1st to second gear when pulling away at lights or junctions. (Sometimes like it's locked for 2 to 3 seconds) All the other gears are fine and feels like there is loads of tension still in the clutch pedal. Even fine when changing down from 3rd to second gear just problems from 1st to second that's all.

Gear linkage needs greasing/ new gear oil/ new linkage are some people's suggestions. Bit tight for money at the moment so inexpensive as possible just to keep it going would be great.
