i keep getting a lovely absiss (spelling?) in the gum underneath which has just popped in my mouth! nice.
i have no dentist anymore as ive been of the books too long, what do i do? get the dremel out?

im writing this in agony, one side of my face im scared to move, i have a huge hle in my tooth due to a bodged filling my my old dentist years ago,
