Thought I'd say a quick hello after finding the site and spending a few hours browsing around. Looking at a passat estate on Saturday 1.8t needs a little love as it has the common (from reading up on here) issue of wobbly front end and comfort module problem which seller has been honest about. It's a B5 '99 I will have lots of questions I'm afraid like retro fitting cruise control (if it's possible) what the hell all the acronyms mean on here etc! but will leave those till I own the car!!.
