To mod or not to mod.

I have reached a cross roads and need some help deciding which way to go.

My Satt will be 3 in a few weeks time, and I'm thinking some mods would be in order to freshen it up a bit.

Nothing major, Dropping on 18's, tints and colour coded lowers. But I cant help thinking it's the wrong colour. You cant make a car look tough if the colour is a bit limp.

What do you think? Or should I just leave things well alone?
