just a few questions relating to my FK headlights

I believe a few people on here have converted the light rings in theres from the dull yellow to a bright ice blue colour? how easy is that to do? and where do you get the new light rings from?

Also last year i got an advisory on my mot due to the headlight beam been on the wrong side of the road, i know there adjustable but don't know how or where to do it?

and lastly i want to upgrade to HID kit, but i've heard they don't work too well with projector headlights? is this true?
