This is more of an information topic than a how to.
Although if you wanted to add heated washer jets to your car all the part number info and wiring information is contained in the following document.
The washer jet heaters are basically PTC ( Positive Temperature Coefficient) resistors that have a switched 12v supply on them so they are powered all the time the ignition is on. Although when they have heated up the amount of current taken drops. It seems new resistors are somewhere around 25-50 ohms.
