Basic setup for Coilovers

OK, so I got my HT coilovers today. THe box was busted open in transit, so hopefully I have all the bits!

But I cant find on here a guide as to how to fit them or more importantly a guide to setting them up with measurements for specific ride heights.

If anyone has any advice, Id appreciate it.

ALso, on the rears, I gather you use the (new) adj lower cup on the bottom. But do you have to remove the factory rubber? One of mine is all cracked, so this would be good if you do! :D

ANd how do you lock the rears? I couldnt see anyway of doing so. THe fronts have the lower cup and a securing nut, the rears just the lower cup. :roll:

ANy help appreciated.
