2010 passat cc radio upgrade

The system ive got has the old Bluetooth connection (rSAP) so no good with iPhone. So looking to upgrade wanting Integrated Bluetooth, DAB , and sat nav,. Hopefully just
a straight swop now cutting wires.
Any recommendations thought about the 315 system.
