OEM Helix Sub Install Issues

Hey guys
Recently purchased brand new oem Helix plug and play sound system to go in my mk7 golf. Install was straight forward, basically plug and play. All working fine except getting error codes for all treble speakers (see image attached).
All seems to connected correctly and all speakers do work. Amplifier was programmed with special tool for specific car model. Any ideas what could be wrong?
