Gamma 5 or V aux input

I've done a bit of looking around to fit an aux inout for the gamma 5 radio. I am willing to sacrifice the 6 cd in dash changer and found this cable.

There are lots on ebay with fairly the same description and most say will work with the radio and others not. I have emailed 4 sellers and the best answer i got was " if your CD changer has same fitting in port this one too". So yeah???
Any insight??
