Android head units

Hi,
I am just wondering if anyone has any reviews on head units off ebay.
Looking at something like these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281890949722 or http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UK-Quad-Core- ... SwyDxXhy~s
I am aware that stuff like this is hit or miss for quality but for the price they are hard to ignore, anybody bought, sold owned one of these? any info welcome wether they integrate well etc.
