Passat CC Bluetooth Upgrade

Hi All,
I currently have the premium bluetooth on my Passat CC..
The model Number is 3C8035730
This only supports RSAP
I have purchased one that supports Handsfree but it doesnt have an aerial plug just the canbus one.

Any idea what i need to do do get this working?
