Sony CD changer to standard Head Unit?

Hi,
I have been given a sony 6 CD changer... Is there anyway this can be connected to my standard VW head unit as it has the CD buttons for it?

I was hoping that there was a adapter lead I can get so that you can fit different CD changers...
