sony XAV-602BT help in a B6

can any one help I've just installed a sony xav-602bt any im having problems with the power side of life ie: when i turn on the ignition on i then have to turn the head unit on and same when i turn off i have to turn it off
I've tried all there wire combos they suggest with there instructions with no luck has any one got one that could help out?
if there is where have you routed the usb connection?
