Handy spanner man in Reading area wanted

Hi all, have a mate who lives in the Reading/Wokingham area. His diaphragm on the turbo has failed (doesn't retain vacuum), in limp mode, DPF had to be re gen to clear that fault.
So options are, new actuator and hope turbo vanes are not jammed up with carbon, or fit new turbo complete with actuator. Understand this is a 5 to 6 hr job if you know what your doing, and will need new oil and filter.
Question is, does any members know of reliable mechanical chap in the area that would do the turbo swap on fixed agreed price, as garages are very pricy. Drop us a line if you can help
