Help with control module

Hi, I've just joined. I was hoping some-one on here can help me with my car. It's a 2003 passat 1.9TDi 4motion. Water has gotten into the passenger footwell and killed the module under the seat that controls lots of things including the windows, door locks, boot and fuel cap lock. I have tried to get another one with the same numbers on but can't find one. I can't use the car anymore as I don't want to break the fuel flap. Is there a way to open it that I don't know?
