Strange thread....Anxiety, anybody suffered it?

Bit of a strange one to put on a car forum but feel I can be very open and honest on here.

Has anybody else suffered from anxiety?

I am finding I get dizzy and this urge to almost run out of a shop......Also if there are a lot of people about I want to get away. Seen the Dr, he has put me on meds but not really helping.

I cant understand as from doing doorwork (bouncer as some call it) for 11 years and dealing with hundreds of people in sometimes the not best of circumstances to now being scared about going in to a shop?
