What to do???

My car suffered today several injuries made by 3 year and 4year kids.

Around 5pm my good neighbour came to me and said she saw 2 children's seating on my bonnet and roof. Went to check it and drivers doors ,offside arch, bonnet and roof up to the back end is badly scratched.
I spoke with mother of these kids and she is all right with responsibility she have to undertake. Despite that she said good thing about taking responsibility but I know she's single mother and she lives from council supports. AND SHE LET HER KIDS PLAY ON STREET UNATTENDED. So I dont think she can b trustworthy in any mather....
HOW TO BITE THIS LADS???

Insurance I have is third party.
Already called police they said they cannot help with this matter as police deals with crime (is this is no crime if people's property is demolished and are the parents are not responsible legally for things ther kids breake or demolish?)

Any advice will b much appreciated.
