I am so bored, Ive had back problems on and off for the past 10 years but about a week ago I got another twinge in my back. Normally I try and work my way through it but on Friday it put me on my bum and i have been stuck indoors since. hate having to phone work and tell them I'm not coming in, makes it even worse as its a bank holiday weekend but even if i could go in Im not PMA safe so i would be a liability to my colleges.

To make things worse my cars over my mates with the head off as the gaskets gone, probably just as well its 15 odd miles away Anyway thats my rant over with back to a day of boring TV and the Internet
