Do I look like addicted to the smartphone????

Since I got my galaxy s3 with 3 its basicly more on than on stand by. Spending time in here and couple of other forums and even draging my wee son to watch cartoons on bbc iplayer or youtube. Wife just shakes shes head but I cant help that this wee thing does everything what laptop can do and actualy its faster....
Is it bad to stay on mobile and get feed instantly from all forums at the same time and from other places too...I know it may look that I am spending more time on mobile because I hold it more often in my hand. But total time is actualy shorther than being on laptop for 4 hrs a day like she does... who is wrong here????
