Just wondered if anyone with an in-car PC can tell me how they compare to a standard stereo setup/sat nav... what I mean is, do they take a while to start up when you get in the car (ie to launch the software etc.) and how easy are they to install?
I'm quite keen on the idea of having one in my car to use for sat nav and mp3 playback. My brother-in-law builds PCs for a living so I could get him to do the technical stuff.
