We did it !! - BHF Bike ride 22nd May 2011

Hi,
Ant and I are going to participate in a charity event, organised by and for a great cause - The British Heart Foundation.
The event will be taking part on the 22nd May 2011. Although we have set our goal as the 22mile route, I am led to believe that this will kill my legs. So I had best get into some sort of training!
If you could spare even just a £1 it can and does make all the difference to this charity and will be greatly appreciated by all involved. A £1 is all I am asking, as if there are enough donations the numbers will soon add up.
