Alternator was happily putting out over 65 amps with everything turned on so thats fine.What do people recommend as decent replacement batteries and where from?
are halfords ones ok, heard good things about the calcium ones?

Got back in the bus yesterday night after leaving it at work over the weekend, turned over about twice slowly then died, o oh fiddlesticks! i thought. got AA man out to jump start it, he did some tests with his laptop and a current meter and turns out the battery is shagged so need a new one. (and i have been checking the levels when ive serviced the car Alternator was happily putting out over 65 amps with everything turned on so thats fine.
