Hiya, I run the web site the carports & canopies forum and came across this collapsed carport picture in a search.

We're currently investigating the record of one UK company who have had dozens of failures during the recent snow and in particular their lack of response to customers. From the picture posted I can probably guess the supplier as I've a load of pictures like these that we've been sent.

Can you confirm who supplied the carport and what sort of response you got from them when you advised them it had fell down?

Can you just imagine the pandemonium if that happened with them playing and a stadium full of people. Doesn't bare thinking about.

An update on that, UK canopies held no responsibility for the Installers negligence, got no money back.....I'll leave it a few more years to respond !!!!!
