Computer help.....

Hi guys,

Just recently my computer has been running really slow.

When you first turn it on its fine. However after half an hour or so (once its warmed up) it starts to run really slow. The computer is only a couple of years old and the spec's not too bad i think! Everything, such as browsing the internet is slower, the speed in which programs load etc etc.

Could it be possible that my computer is overheating? If so how would i go about checking this and what is the best way to overcome this problem? Obviously fitting additional fans would help but how easy are they to fit. My computer is under the desk not really in the most ideal place ventilation wise!
