LOL being an old man of 46 I now all about proper snow from my yout innit.

2 years ago we had a nice covering from 4am i had a few airport runs amazing watching people crawling along using the rumble strips as a guide.

A whole generation of motorists who don't know how to drive in the snow.

I had to have an 1" 7/8 taken off the rear axle to get them under the arches.

I sold that when my daughter was 4 months old, due to being impractical that was nearly 16 years ago now, still want it back.

Problem is that would cost the best part of 15-20K to build it today.

Cost in excess of 20K to build.

I've always loved Mk2's... My older brother had one when i was a kid (midnight blue RS2000 custom). But some theiving scum stole it back in 1987 from a multi storey in Notts  It was never found

Infact, i have a new and unused pair of Mk2 X-pack rear arches in my shed. They're the uber strong kevlar ones too! lol

I'd a Signal Orange RS2000 Mk2 with black vinyl roof for ages which only came out of the garage in summer months until she who must be obeyed decreed that it should go or start shifting your collection of Mk1's and Mk2's    Sorry the Escort had to go cos no matter how much I liked it,I prefered my wee Golfs 8) 8)
