I've just come home having spent two weeks in hospital and having an Implanted Cardioverter Defibrillator installed. It is a box of tricks that sits under the skin on my chest and has sensor / activator wires that go inside my heart.
I'm alive, but pee'd off that this has happened to me at the age of 42 and well pee'd that part of it means a 6 month ban.
Nothing wrong with the plumbing of my heart, that is very good as I keep quite fit but the electrics are a bit dodgy hence the need for the device.
Don't know what to do for 6 months with regard to the car, mothball it or sell it.
