Free Bodybuilding Help!
I have been signed off work for the next 2 weeks so if anyone wants any Bodybuilding advice be it putting on weight, loosing weight, struggling with growing a certain muscle, what to eat and when, how to train and what works, what vitamins to take, what supplements work and what dont......Been in the sport for nearly 20 years so offering free advice as cant help help on car mechanics lol!
