Possible to Sell on a Ross-Tech VCDS?

Hi,
I bought a "Ross-Tech VCDS HEX-V2 USB Home Plus Bundle (3 VIN)" off https://www.gendan.co.uk/product_VCV23B.html, but used it once on my B5.5 now sits unloved in a box.
Anyone know if it's possible to sell these on? I can't recall how the licensing works ...and are there any interested parties? no idea what its worth 2nd hand but paid £245 for it last year.
