Any recommendations for HID light kit?

My Pashat has 4300k HIDs fitted by previous owner and the drivers side flickers on and off. I've not taken a look yet but I believe it may be the ballast that's bobbed up.
So I might just replace the whole lot as a matter of course. So looking for any recommendations please guys.
