Door handles

Having trouble with my drivers door handle. It froze up in the winter and hasn't been the same since. It now just periodically opens the door, mostly just doesn't work at all. Is it feasible to just swap the drivers door handle for the rear door handle? Is it easy to do? Any help appreciated!
