Estate B5.5 or B6 ???

Hello guys,
I am trying to decide between B5.5 (1.9 130HP - 6spd) and B6 (2.0 140HP -6spd)...
Sadly most of these cars have at least 260k kms and I am wonder if they are reliable after that mileage ?
B6 seems a better example but I am afraid to get an 2.0 TDI after all these horror stories about them , from the other side a 1.9 TDI B6 seems a safer option but the 1.9 will struggle to move an heavy estate body with just 105 HP ???
