RCD310 to RNS310

Hi everyone. I’m new to this forum and to Volkswagen aswell and I’m wondering if anyone could upgrade the stereo system from the factory one which is RCD310 to RNS310 or RNS510? I just bough this Passat B7 2014 and I would like to have the navigation on it and the parking sensors.
