Closed cell sound proofing, anyone tried this stuff?

2mx30cmx3mm closed cell foam sound insulation, received it today. I'm going to be putting it inside door skins before I make any upgrades to my speakers etc. Good price I thought at £14.99 posted.
Same as this, but 3mm not 6mm thick...
