opinions needed please

Hi guys, need your opinions please, how much is a passat 1.9 tdi sport pd 130 bhp 6 speed on 52 plate with only 43000 miles 2 previous keepers usual sport spec carbon interior, cruise con, traction multifunction steering etc eveything is working as it should including ac car has full tax/mot & in immaculate condition in/out also has vw servive history up till 30k only bad point is its a cat d only parts it needed was front bumper/grill/headlight, so question is how much is this worth ??
