Tyre pressure 235/45 ZR17 97W XL

Just asking what sort of tyre pressure I should be running on my B6 2 Fsi Turbo with 235/45 ZR17 97W XL, been checking around and I’m getting mixed results for 32psi up to 38psi...

Normal day to day running and only me and passenger at most times...

Any help as ever most appreciated...
