Where to buy/order track rod end & wheel bearings ?

Hi there.
I live near Glasgow could someone suggest me where to buy track rod ends and wheel bearing ?

What's your thoughts about eBay , euro car parts ?
My car vw passat b5 , 1.9 tdi year 2000.

Garage said that I need to replace 100 % both track ends but why I need to replace wheel bearings if they sound okay ?

I just don't want be screwed but is track end change £25 for labour a good price ? Also 35 for tracking like to make sure steering wheel is okay and for wheel bearing labour asks £35 .

What do you think guys ?
