Cost of replacing the front links?

Hi guys, I'm on a public compter as my internet access is heavily restricted.
I was quoted £400 from a friend to replace the link bars and possibly the lower arms on my B5 estate.

I seen a kit on ebay which seemed much less than the quoted amount, so could someone tell me if I'm being fleeced here?

As far as I'm aware, I don't think I need anything else to replace the front suspension and steeing, except the wishbones themselves, is this correct?
