Service advice

My passat TDI130 needs its third service. Its just over 3 years old, so it won't see another main-stealer while I've got it. I called a few VW specialist people and the two below were the best (& cheapest), sounded helpful & knowledgable. Can anyone recommend these or someone else near to Stourbridge in the West Mids????
VWRescue nr. Dudley - 125 for normal service + extra 50 for long life.
WN Sales & service nr Dudley - 170 for normal + extra 45 for long life.
It may seem like a no-brainer on price terms, but I got them to price up a cambelt change as well. WN were £130 cheaper for that @195.00???
