body shop mistake

well i went down to my body shop to offer my condolences as he just lost his buisness parter
so after a bit of speaking to him i went and checked on the pissrat im looking as its preped and ready for paint and i see my bumper has been flattend back so i ask him how comes
turns out he asked his appertice to flatten back my rear bumper well he got mixed up started to flatten back my front bumper with the red scotch pad so now needs a respray at no extra cost which i was gonna get done next
