Forte Diesel Treatment + Forte Turbo Cleaner

Morning all I've inly every used Forte diesel treatment but now I'm on to 2T a friend of mine is having a couple of hicks with his car and been told to try Forte Diesel Treatment and Forte Turbo Cleaner

How much diesel should have in the tank? And could he throw both bottles in at the same time?
